The Truth About Bill 4 – The So-Called “Freedom Bill”
Premier Wab Kinew and his government introduced Bill 4, commonly referred to as the “Freedom Bill”, as a supposed solution for municipalities wanting to opt out of the Winnipeg Metropolitan Region (WMR) Plan 20-50.
At first glance, it was presented as a win for local autonomy.
But is it really?
A closer examination of Bill 4 reveals a different reality—one filled with bureaucratic red tape, tight deadlines, and shifting responsibilities that actually make it more difficult for municipalities to leave the WMR.
Ken Drysdale and Chris Riddell will take you through the key provisions of Bill 4 and discuss what steps we need to take now!
What You Need to Know About Bill 4
👉 It Doesn’t Actually Grant Freedom. Bill 4 does not allow a simple opt-out process. Instead, it places the burden entirely on each of the 18 affected municipalities to go through a complex legal and procedural process to even apply for removal.
👉 The Burden Falls on MunicipalitiesUnder Bill 4, a municipality must:
✅ Pass a formal resolution requesting removal from the WMR
✅ Hold a public hearing following strict provincial guidelines
✅ Submit all necessary documentation within a 180-day timeframe
✅ Await ministerial approval, with no guaranteed outcome
👉 Tight Timelines & Bureaucratic HurdlesWhile the government markets this as a "freedom bill," in reality, it’s a deliberate bureaucratic trap.
180-Day Deadline – The bill states that municipalities must complete all steps within 180 days of receiving a notice from the WMR about regional planning reviews.
Public Hearing Requirements – Strict rules dictate how and when municipalities must engage residents, adding significant delays.
No Automatic Approval – Even if a municipality follows all steps, it still requires the Minister of Municipal Relations' approval to leave the WMR.
Municipalities must act NOW if they want any chance of securing their exit.
🚨 Have You Heard from Your Municipality?
Have they informed you about this bill?
Are they planning a public hearing?
Are they aware of the process required to opt out?
If the answer to these questions is no, then it's time for citizens to take action!

Wins of the Week (5 mins)
#1 Win of the Week
Dr. Kevin McKernan, a renowned scientist has sounded the alarm after discovering traces of Covid mRNA “vaccines”in the rapidly developing cancerous tumors of turbo cancer patients. Dr Mckernan a genomics scientist with 25 years of experience in his field, made the discovery during experiments in his Boston lab. McKernan gene-sequenced a cancerous tumor, matching the genetic sequence to Pfizer’s Covid mRNA injection. (In essence in the scientific world, this now brings into question any of the mRNA C-19 injections used by the different Manufacturers-Moderna/Astra Zeneca/Johnson & Johnson etc) The discovery is being hailed as definitive proof that Covid mRNA “vaccines” cause cancer. Independent vaccine investigator John Beaudoin, Sr. highlighted McKernan’s discovery in a recent interview. “This was corroborated by Philip Buckhaults down in North Carolina and people in Canada and Europe. “It is now known that SV40 is in there [the mRNA COVID-injection vials].” A growing number of leading experts have warned that SV40 is causing cancers to surge among the Covid-vaccinated. SV40 has been linked to cancer in humans, including mesotheliomas, lymphomas, and cancers of the brain and bone. In 2002, the once highly respected medical journal "The Lancet" published evidence linking polio vaccines contaminated with SV40 to non-Hodgkin’s lymphoma. One Scientist went as far to say in an article, why would SV40 be introduced in any injection? We have used it for years to induce cancer tumors in mice for experimentation and obtaining information.
#2 Win of the Week
A recent discovery has brought to light a crucial affidavit from Peel Regional Police, now publicly accessible in Canada’s legal document archives. Dr. Byram Bridle, an associate professor of the University of Guelph, Substack writer and human rights advocate, was astonished to learn about the document’s existence from a member of the public who stumbled upon it. The affidavit, which details findings from an external investigation into an identity theft case linked to Dr. Bridle, provides the first objective account of events that occurred 3.5 years ago.
The affidavit, available here, presents evidence and sworn testimony that recount the circumstances surrounding the case. For Dr. Bridle, this document offers a vindication that has been elusive until now, as it corroborates key aspects of a story he has been unable to fully share. The detailed findings, written under oath, shine a light on the situation that severely impacted his professional reputation.
Interestingly enough we were surprized to learn that the public has access to the Canadian Legal Documents archive https://www.canlii.org/en/
A person can easily sign up to receive the blog posts directly to your e-mail. Effortless education available at your fingertips Canada!! As of the 16 Jan 24 there are only 755 subscribers for their blogs.
Canadian Legal Information Institute (CanLii) is a non-profit organization managed by the Federation of Law Societies of Canada. CanLii's goal is to make Canadian law accessible for free on the Internet. This website provides access to court judgments, tribunal decisions, statutes and regulations from all Canadian jurisdictions. Look it up, and support this organization if you can. It is yet another avenue for we Canadians to become educated and share the information in an effort to Make Canada Great Again. Education and truth win the war every time people!!! It was a member of the public that stumbled upon the information and brought it to Dr Bridles attention. However, the article that brought the topic into the sunlight was one of my Canadian heroes Dr Mark Trozzi.
#3 Win of the Week
https://www.drtrozzi.news/p/kayla-pollock-part-one Part One of a three part interview segment for Kayla Pollock. Kayla shares her raw and unfiltered experience of waking up quadriplegic just days after her Moderna booster shot, marking the beginning of a harrowing journey through medical negligence, systemic failures, and profound personal loss. Her strength and determination shine as she recounts herstruggles with paralysis, government neglect, and the ongoing battle for justice in a $45 million lawsuit against Moderna.
This interview is more than a story of adversity; it is a rallying cry for awareness, accountability, and support for those affected by the so-called “safe and effective shots”. As Kayla candidly shares the details of her injury and the aftermath, her voice resonates as an advocate for countless others navigating similar challenges. Prepare to be inspired and deeply moved by Kayla’s courage and unwavering commitment to truth and justice.

What Our Logo Means
The logo for Manitoba Stronger Together incorporates elements that symbolize unity, community, and the strength of the bison.
Bison Icon: Is a silhouette of a stylized representation of a bison, symbolizing strength, resilience, and unity. The bison is depicted in a side stance, representing progress and moving together as a community.
The vertical stripes: represent that the movement includes all people from all walks of life, all beliefs and all political affiliations.
The Horizontal Connecting Lines: across the bison represent the connections and interdependence of community members, emphasizing the concept of being stronger together.
Blue Tones: The blue in the logo design represents growth, harmony, and the natural beauty of Manitoba's landscapes.
Dynamic Font: We choose a strong and modern bold font for the organization's name "Manitoba Stronger Together" to convey a sense of confidence and forward-thinking.
Let us continue to unite, ignite our passions, and work towards building a stronger and united Manitoba. Together, we will shape the future we want and deserve.
Keep an eye out for our next meeting announcement, and let us walk this transformative journey as one!
