WMR Information session in Selkirk this past Saturday.

The event was an incredible success with approximately 350 attendees! Our speakers—Anthony Madden, Shadoe Davis, and Ken Drysdale—delivered powerful presentations that captivated the audience. The afternoon was filled with energy and enthusiasm, and the 3-hour event concluded with an engaging 45-minute Q&A session that allowed attendees to ask tough questions about the WMR Plan 20-50.

Our presentation was updated and improved since the Stonewall session, with additional slides and expanded information on the WMR Team that produced the report.

We’re constantly working to refine the material, and it showed in the enthusiasm and feedback we received from the Selkirk crowd.

What to Expect Tonight:

  • Recap of the Selkirk event – an in-depth review of the presentations and the audience’s key takeaways.

  • Introduction to our new handouts: We’re unveiling six new highly graphic handouts to strengthen our upcoming presentations:

    1. Key Concerns for Business

    2. Key Concerns for Young Home Buyers

    3. Key Concerns for Farmers

    4. Key Concerns for Homeowners

    5. Key Concerns for Youth

These handouts will play a crucial role in our next event and will be printed in large quantities to distribute at the Niverville presentation this coming Saturday, October 12, 2024, at 1:00 PM at the Golden Heritage Centre.

This Zoom call is your opportunity to be the first to see these new resources and give us your input. We’re always working to improve our message and presentation, and your feedback is vital.

We look forward to seeing you all tonight! Let’s continue building momentum and standing strong as a community.

  6. Wins of the Week (5 mins)

    1. #1 Pick of the week https://slaynews.com/news/canadian-government-admits-deaths-surged-among-covid-boosted-citizens/ The Canadian government has been forced to admit that death rates surged among citizens who received Covid mRNA “booster” shots. The damning admission was revealed in previously hidden data that lawmakers compelled that nation’s top federal health agency to hand over.

A parliamentary inquiry ordered the Public Health Agency of Canada (PHAC) to unseal and surrender data for the country’s death rates during the pandemic.  The data revealed that the individuals who received the so-called “boosters” died at far higher rates than unvaccinated individuals during the same period.

On page 2 of the PHAC response, the health agency admits: “Across all weeks in the time period of interest, the number of deaths were highest among those with a primary series and 1 additional dose.”

      https://thecanadianindependent.substack.com/p/watch-umar-sheikh-a-canadian-lawyer?r=2bxd1

Umar Sheikh, a Canadian lawyer who has taken on two of the largest COVID-19 vaccine manufacturers, Pfizer and Moderna, over injury and death, joins us to discuss two of his clients' cases.  Kayla Pollock is a 37-year-old mother from Ontario whose life took a drastic turn after receiving a Moderna Covid-19 booster shot. She experienced paralysis from the neck down and has been enduring a challenging ordeal ever since.

Dan Hartman sat down with The Canadian Independent, for his first-ever in-person interview to share his son's tragic story. Sean's story has garnered international attention and resulted in the first lawsuit in North America against Pfizer for wrongful death.

    2. #2 Pick of the week

      https://thecanadianindependent.substack.com/p/ontario-court-judge-overturns-womans

Brampton, Ontario – In a landmark legal decision, Ontario Court of Justice Judge Paul Monahan has overturned the conviction of Ms. Meththa Fernando, who was previously found guilty of failing to comply with an order under Section 58 of the Quarantine Act.

Ms. Fernando was charged after she refused to undergo a random COVID-19 test upon arriving at Pearson International Airport on April 9, 2022. Although vaccinated, she declined the nasal swab test, which was to be conducted by Public Health Agency of Canada officer Joshua Roxas. Her refusal led to a conviction and a fine totaling $6,255.

    3.  #3 Pick of the week https://thecanadianindependent.substack.com/p/watch-alberta-premier-danielle-smith-29a

Alberta Premier Danielle Smith announces the Alberta Bill of Rights will be amended to include the right to make decisions regarding vaccinations and all medical procedures, the right to not be deprived of property, and the right of individuals to “acquire, keep, and safely use firearms.”

      https://thecanadianindependent.substack.com/p/an-alberta-pastor-criminally-charged

Calgary, Alberta — The Alberta Court of Justice has acquitted Pastor Derek Reimer on two charges related to his protest at the Seton branch of the Calgary Public Library during a “Reading with Royalty” event featuring drag queens reading stories to children.

Reimer had been charged under the Criminal Code with causing a disturbance and mischief. Specifically, he was accused of unlawfully obstructing the library board’s operation of the event and causing a disturbance by shouting and using insulting language during the session.

Justice A.A. Fradsham delivered the ruling on September 24, 2024, emphasizing that the court’s focus was not on the merits or controversies surrounding the “Reading with Royalty” event itself, but rather on whether Reimer’s actions met the legal threshold for the charges.

The charges stemmed from Reimer’s protest against the drag queen story-time event, part of a series organized in partnership with Calgary Pride. Reimer interrupted the program, which had about 40 attendees, including 12 to 15 children.

What Our Logo Means

The logo for Manitoba Stronger Together incorporates elements that symbolize unity, community, and the strength of the bison.

  1. Bison Icon: Is a silhouette of a stylized representation of a bison, symbolizing strength, resilience, and unity. The bison is depicted in a side stance, representing progress and moving together as a community.

  2. The vertical stripes: represent that the movement includes all people from all walks of life, all beliefs and all political affiliations.

  3. The Horizontal Connecting Lines: across the bison represent the connections and interdependence of community members, emphasizing the concept of being stronger together.

  4. Blue Tones: The blue in the logo design represents growth, harmony, and the natural beauty of Manitoba's landscapes.

  5. Dynamic Font: We choose a strong and modern bold font for the organization's name "Manitoba Stronger Together" to convey a sense of confidence and forward-thinking.

Let us continue to unite, ignite our passions, and work towards building a stronger and united Manitoba. Together, we will shape the future we want and deserve.

Keep an eye out for our next meeting announcement, and let us walk this transformative journey as one!

Stay united, stay empowered, and stay strong!

In solidarity,

The Manitoba Stronger Together Team
