Volunteer Opportunities:
In each of these 14 federal electoral districts, we're looking for dedicated individuals to take on two key roles:
MST Federal Riding Representative: As an MST Federal Riding Representative, you'll be the face of Manitoba Stronger Together in your district. You'll help connect with the community, share our mission, and drive engagement. Your voice will be instrumental in advocating for positive change and building a stronger Manitoba. This role is crucial to the success of MST and is the leader in the District, reporting to the Leadership Group.
Federal Riding Events Coordinator: The Federal Riding Events Coordinator will be responsible for organizing and coordinating events, meetings, and initiatives within your district. You'll be at the forefront of creating opportunities for community members to come together, discuss important issues, and take action. This role is key to the success of each of the Federal Riding Initiative, the role reports to the local MST Federal Riding Representative and has some direct contact with the Leadership Group.

Information Dissemination: Share important information, updates, and resources from Manitoba Stronger Together with your community. Ensure that residents are well-informed about our initiatives, events, and campaigns.
Networking: Build a network of like-minded individuals, community organizations, and stakeholders who share our vision. Collaborate with local partners to amplify our impact.
Feedback Collection: Act as a conduit for feedback and concerns from your community back to Manitoba Stronger Together. Provide valuable insights on local issues and sentiments.

Your efforts are essential in fostering community engagement and advancing our mission. Here's an overview of your key responsibilities:
Event Planning: Plan and organize events, meetings, and activities that align with the goals and values of Manitoba Stronger Together. These may include town hall meetings, workshops, awareness campaigns, and volunteer recruitment drives.
Venue and Logistics: Secure venues, equipment, and any necessary permits for events. Coordinate logistical aspects such as scheduling, seating, and catering (if applicable).
Promotion: Create promotional materials and strategies to raise awareness of MST events within your federal electoral district. Utilize social media, local media, and community networks to maximize reach.
Attendance and Engagement: Ensure that events are well-attended and engaging for participants. Encourage community members to actively participate in discussions and activities.
